Express Receiver Arduino Mega for Display and Control

The Express Receiver originally used three Display and Control Boards based on Microchip PIC18F45K22 to drive each of the three LCDs and perform other control functions.

In the 2018 Update, the three PIC boards were replaced with a single Arduino Mega.

I2C / SPI Character LCD Backpacks from Adafruit were added to each of the LCDs which were then connected to the Express Receiver I2C bus.
